An agent will prospect and conduct lead generation activities for new listing appointments. Agents will conduct all listing appointments and convert appointments to listing agreements. They will identify homes that meet prospective buyers’ home search criteria, schedule showings, and help the refine their criteria. They will answer questions and educate clients about the real estate market, the transaction process, contracts, and terms of sale. Agents will present and effectively negotiate all offers to purchase or sell with clients and oversee the entire process to close.

Buyer Agent

Join a real estate team! A Buyer Agent will support and manage incoming leads that the team brings in. They will educate buyers on the local market and home buying process. They will identify homes that meet prospective buyers’ home search criteria, schedule showings, and help them refine their criteria.

Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant will oversee all aspects of the administration of the agent’s business. This person will create & manage all systems for sellers, buyers, client database management, lead generation tracking, lead follow-up & all office administration. This position will maintain all agent financial systems and profit & loss statement. In addition, the executive assistant will hold agent(s) accountable for conducting all agreed upon lead generation activities.

Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will manage and maintain client database (CRM) and communicate with customers, other agents, and service providers for the company. This position manages and produces listing marketing materials (printed collateral, websites, etc.) and assist with social media campaigns. Some of your main responsibilities include conducting market research, design and implement marketing campaigns, and analyzing sales data to achieve the company’s immediate and long-term business goals.

Listing Manager

Listing Manager (Listing to Contract)

The Listing Manager is responsible for managing positive relationships with our clients and getting properties from contract to agreement. This position will execute all required steps to list a property and get it under agreement, such as preparing listing materials and pre-listing presentations, coordinate showings, and schedule open houses. The Listing manager will input listing information into the MLS, maintain documents and track progress for each listing, and update necessary information in client database and transaction management systems.

Transaction Coordinator

Transaction Coordinator (Contract to Closing)

The Transaction Coordinator will oversee the process from purchase agreement to closing, including documentation, deadlines, and communication between parties. This position coordinates title/escrow, mortgage loan and appraisal processes, schedules inspections, and assist in negotiations regarding repairs. Schedule and coordinate closing process, review closing paperwork, attend closings and inspection. The transaction coordinator will schedule the closing process, review closing paperwork, and ensure a successful and timely close.

Showing Assistant

This position will be a very visible face for the company, and will assist by showing homes to home buyer clients, answer client’s questions, help them narrow down their search, and relay relevant information and feedback to the buyer agent.

Runner

Runner

This would be the perfect position for someone who has thought about Real Estate as a career and wants to get their foot in the door. There is always room for growth! The runner will install and remove signs from properties such as for sale, lease, directional, and open house signs. They will install and remove lock boxes from properties, deliver and pick up documents, coordinate pick up and drop off times with clients, organizing and fill other duties as assigned.
